Leveling

/level
    Shows a users current level, XP, roles, and amount of XP needed to get to the next level
/leaderboard
    Shows the users with the highest levels.
/setlevel
    Sets a users level
/setxp
    Sets a users XP
/add_xp
    Adds XP to a user
